引領港口裝備傳動革命!天津港首臺成功應用輪邊驅動裝置的輪胎場橋實現穩定運行

  近日,天津港首臺成功應用輪邊驅動裝置的輪胎場橋在集裝箱碼頭持續穩定運行超過6個月。該裝置由股份公司聯合金岸重工公司、SEW-傳動設備(天津)有限公司開發,具有自主知識產權,其成功應用標志著港口裝備智能化、低碳化升級取得積極進展。
 
化繁為簡:傳統結構的革命性創新,提高了設備作業效率
   傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統RTG行(xing)走結構依(yi)賴(lai)“減(jian)速(su)機+聯(lian)(lian)軸節+鏈(lian)(lian)輪+鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)+罩殼”多級(ji)機械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong),部件數量超10個,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)鏈(lian)(lian)長且復(fu)雜,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)效率僅為75%左右。升(sheng)級(ji)為輪邊驅動(dong)裝置后,通(tong)過“新型行(xing)星式(shi)輪邊減(jian)速(su)機+永磁電機”模(mo)式(shi),淘(tao)汰了傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統龐大、低效的減(jian)速(su)機、聯(lian)(lian)軸節、鏈(lian)(lian)輪鏈(lian)(lian)條(tiao)等部件,核心部件減(jian)少至(zhi)3個,大車定(ding)位精(jing)度提(ti)高到±3-5cm,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)效率提(ti)升(sheng)至(zhi)90%以上,設(she)備(bei)體積(ji)縮小1/3,結構緊(jin)湊度提(ti)升(sheng)40%,啟動(dong)時(shi)間、定(ding)位時(shi)間均(jun)有一定(ding)程度的縮短,單(dan)機作業效率提(ti)升(sheng)約5%,顯著提(ti)升(sheng)了設(she)備(bei)的自動(dong)化水平(ping)。

運維革新:從“高頻養護”到“極簡運維”,節約了設備維護成本
  傳統RTG傳動系統由(you)于零部件多、配合精度低等既有不足,機構故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點多、設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)率(lv)(lv)高(gao)(gao)(gao),且(qie)傳動鏈輪(lun)(lun)、鏈條需(xu)在(zai)露天工況下持續保(bao)(bao)持潤滑狀(zhuang)態,設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)需(xu)要進行大量(liang)的(de)日常強(qiang)保(bao)(bao)、一級保(bao)(bao)養(yang)等養(yang)護(hu)措施,保(bao)(bao)養(yang)時間長、維(wei)護(hu)成(cheng)本高(gao)(gao)(gao)。“技術升級”后,輪(lun)(lun)邊驅(qu)動裝置設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)率(lv)(lv)能(neng)降低約15%,提高(gao)(gao)(gao)了設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)可利用率(lv)(lv)。同時,改造后的(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)齒輪(lun)(lun)油(you)使(shi)用量(liang)僅(jin)為原先(xian)的(de)1/14,維(wei)保(bao)(bao)時間降低25%,單臺(tai)場(chang)橋年維(wei)保(bao)(bao)成(cheng)本節省約1.1萬元,大幅降低了設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)維(wei)護(hu)成(cheng)本和停機時間。
